Obtained through the RBS under our registered practitioner licence. One of the single biggest barriers for owner builders — we remove it completely.

Domestic Building Contract

A compliant DBC covering the full structural scope. You are legally covered from the moment works begin.

Insurance Coverage

Domestic building insurance for the duration of the structural works. You don't carry the risk — we do.

Partial Demolition

Structural and non-structural demolition carried out under our DB-U licence. Asbestos assessed and managed. Site cleared and ready for structure.

Concrete Works

Footings, slabs, and structural pours completed to engineer specification. No shortcuts on the foundation.

Steel & Timber Framing

Structural steel, columns, beams, and timber framing. Built to the engineer drawings. Ready for lock-up the moment we hand over.
